I just bought a new pair of glasses from Scott at Trinity Optical. 
He took such good care of me and I love my new glasses. The other day I 
almost poked my eye out but the new glasses saved my eye. Not only did they 
do that, but they didn't even get a scratch on them because of the special 
material he used. The frame did bend however, and I brought them back to 
Scott and he fixed them so they fit like new.

Scott is a true gentleman and he the kind of old fashioned businessman that takes are of his customers and makes sure they are happy. You just rarely see the kind of service that Scott provides anymore and it is such a tragedy to see his great business lost like this. I am devastated by this huge loss you are feeling. We all are feeling. To begin I want to thank you for everything over the years. Your kindness and knack for knowing which frame is best suited, etc. Always the absolute best customer service. When you go somewhere for a service over the decades it's like a family member. The first thing I thought about with this tragedy was all those cards you keep. I know mine was over 20 years old. I hope you rebuild because the customers will follow. My thoughts are with you my friend!

Scott has been taking care of my optical needs (and my daughters') for almost as long as I have been in Framingham. Whether contacts or glasses, Scott provided the best service and the best product. Where will I go now when my glasses need cleaning?!?! Hope to see you re-open somewhere else. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Scott.
